Getting Back on Track

Okay . . . I’ll be the first to admit I’ve kind of given up on my own 90-Day Challenge. I’ve let stress run my life lately, so I haven’t felt like working out or eating right. NO MAS! After years of having kids and being pregnant, I’ve finally lost all the baby weight. WOOHOO! Now, to actually get to my goal weight. Oh boy . . . I can’t exactly count on the stress to help me lose weight, so I need to get back on track with Paleo and crossfit WODs. Tomorrow, I start again. Who’s with me?

Here’s the WORD for the day:
Proverbs 24:16a – For though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again!

WOD:

4 rounds

  • 200 m run
  • 20 db swings
  • 20 reverse lunges (use heaviest dumbbells in front squat position- “front rack”)
