Day 1 WOD

It’s halfway through day one of the 90-Day Challenge. Are you surviving so far. Don’t forget that the challenge includes eating Paleo and doing cross fit workouts every day. We’re following 524 Training. You can look at WODs for the week by clicking this link: 524.

Here’s what today looks like:

21-15-9

  • Clean and Jerk
  • Burpees

More importantly than our workout of the day is the Word of the day. Doing these kinds of things can be really hard when you first start. It’d be easy to just give up right now, because we wouldn’t feel like we’ve wasted a lot of effort yet. DON’T DO IT! It will be worth it in the end. So, for a word of encouragement:

Isaiah 40:30-31 – Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted;but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
